We Are Hiring: General Manager for Our Srivari Naivedyam Restaurant \- Tirumala We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and spiritually grounded General Manager to lead the operations at Srivari Naivedyam, our pure vegetarian restaurant located in the sacred temple town of Tirumala, home to Lord Balaji. This is not just a job — it’s a rare opportunity to serve millions of pilgrims with humility and operational excellence, in one of the most revered spiritual locations in India. About the Role: As General Manager, you will be responsible for end\-to\-end operations of the restaurant. You will lead a dedicated team and ensure that food, service, and ambiance meet the highest standards — not just of hospitality, but of sanctity. Key Responsibilities: • Full ownership of restaurant operations — kitchen, floor, housekeeping, security, and provisions. • P\&L management — drive top\-line revenue and bottom\-line profitability. • Monitor cost control, inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement. • Manage staffing – hiring, training, team motivation, and performance. • Ensure compliance, hygiene, safety, and spiritual appropriateness. • Build strong relationships with Devasthanam officials and local authorities. • Maintain exceptional service standards for a diverse audience of pilgrims. • Lead with grace, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. Language Proficiency: • Must be fluent in Telugu. • Proficiency in English and Hindi required. • Tamil and Kannada are a plus – we serve pilgrims from across India. Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or general manager (5\+ years preferred). • Strong background in hospitality, F\&B operations, or large\-scale service management. • Emotionally mature, service\-oriented, and respectful of the sanctity of Tirumala. • Experience with cost control, budgeting, payroll, and vendor management. • Ability to lead large teams with empathy, integrity, and clarity. • Good networking and communication skills to coordinate with temple authorities. 📍Location: Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh – This is a full\-time, on\-site role in one of the holiest towns in India.
