**General Manager – Luxury All\-Inclusive Resort (Bahamas)** ***Please note: Advertised as Remote for search reach \| Full\-time, On\-Island Leadership Role*** Full relocation, housing and attractive package with low tax benefits **This position is advertised as remote to maximise global reach; however, the role is based full\-time on property in the Bahamas** . An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to lead the pre\-opening and ongoing operations of a luxury all\-inclusive resort in the Bahamas with a global brand in with a top tier listed brand. We are seeking a true resort specialist , a leader who has spent the majority of their career operating and managing destination resorts and who understands how to deliver outstanding guest experiences driven by activities, engagement, and experiential programming. This role will play a critical part in shaping the resort ahead of opening, establishing operational standards, building culture, and creating a best in class activities led guest journey aligned with a predominantly North American clientele. **The Opportunity** * Lead pre\-opening planning, operational setup, and team mobilisation * Oversee full resort operations post\-opening, ensuring commercial and guest experience excellence * Develop and elevate an activity driven resort proposition across land and water experiences * Build, mentor, and retain teams in a remote island environment * Drive service standards consistent with luxury all\-inclusive positioning * Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership on strategic performance goals **Candidate Profile** We are specifically seeking candidates who demonstrate: * Significant experience running destination resorts (essential) * Strong background in activity based resort environments * Experience working in island destinations * Caribbean or U.S. resort experience serving predominantly North American guests * Proven success operating in locations with limited labour availability and tight staffing environments * Direct all\-inclusive resort leadership experience * Pre\-opening or major repositioning experience strongly preferred * Hands\-on, visible leadership style with strong operational discipline **Why This Role** * Opportunity to shape a luxury resort from pre\-opening through launch * High\-impact leadership position with significant autonomy * Ability to define a best\-in\-class activities and guest experience model in a premier island destination If you are a resort\-focused General Manager with deep operational expertise and a passion for creating activity\-led guest experiences, we welcome a confidential conversation.
