The General Manager will oversee the company's day\-to\-day operations, including team leadership, strategic planning, and driving overall business growth. Responsibilities include aligning operations with the company’s goals, managing budgets and financial performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The General Manager will also work closely with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills * Proven ability in project management, problem\-solving, and decision\-making * Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and performance tracking * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of manufacturing, design, or installation processes is an advantage * Ability to foster teamwork and manage cross\-functional teams effectively * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field * Prior experience in a managerial role is required; experience in the interior design and joinery manufacturing industry is a plus
