Full Stack Engineer (AWS / Node.js / React) - Healthcare & Fintech SaaS

Location: Johar Town, Lahore Type: Full\-Time – Onsite Only Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Salary: PKR 300,000 – 350,000 per month We do not offer remote or hybrid roles. About the Role We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on SaaS platforms for healthcare and fintech clients. You will build and maintain scalable web applications, admin dashboards, APIs, and third\-party integrations. This is a hands\-on role. You will work closely with product and engineering teams and take ownership of key features. Projects You’ll Work On * 1\. (Healthcare SaaS)Admin dashboard for healthcare practices * Appointment scheduling interface * Patient data management * Call analytics dashboard * HIPAA\-compliant architecture Active clients include cardiology, dental, and general medical practices. * 2\. (UK Accounting SaaS)Multi\-tenant dashboard for accounting firms * Client portals for SMBs * Document upload workflows * Xero API integration * GDPR\-compliant system design * 3\. Internal \& Client Automation PlatformsLead management systems * Workflow automation * Calendar integrations * CRM integrations * Required Skills3\+ years of full stack development experience * Strong experience with Next.js and React (production deployments) * Backend development using Node.js (NestJS or Express) * PostgreSQL database design * REST API design and third\-party integrations * AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS) * Authentication systems (Auth0, Clerk, or similar) * Tech StackFrontend: Next.js 14, React, Tailwind * Backend: NestJS / Node.js * Database: PostgreSQL * Cloud: AWS * Integrations: Xero, Twilio, GoHighLevel * Nice to HaveHealthcare or HIPAA experience * Multi\-tenant SaaS architecture experience * GDPR knowledge * Experience building scalable dashboards * What We ExpectClean, maintainable code * Strong problem\-solving skills * Ability to work onsite in Johar Town * Comfortable working 2 PM to 11 PM Compensation PKR 300,000 – 350,000 per month Full\-time, long\-term role
