Full Stack AI Engineer (Entry Level / Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for an AI\-native engineer who views coding as a means to an end and automation as a default state. You aren't just a developer; you are a systems builder who understands how to bridge the gap between complex AI logic and a polished user experience across web and mobile. **The Core Mission** Spec\-Driven Development: Transform high\-level technical specifications into production\-ready code. You will be expected to leverage AI to handle boilerplate, unit testing, and documentation, focusing your human energy on architecture and edge cases. Context \& Memory Management: Go beyond simple prompting. You will design systems that manage AI state, including RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), sophisticated context windowing, and prompt chaining to ensure model reliability. Cross\-Platform Execution: Own the frontend lifecycle across React (Web) and React Native (Mobile), ensuring a unified and responsive user experience. Scalable Backend Logic: Architect and implement robust APIs and services using modern frameworks like Express.js and FastAPI. **Technical Requirements** Frontend \& Mobile: Strong foundation in React and TypeScript. Experience (even through personal projects) with React Native is essential for our cross\-platform strategy. Backend \& API Design: Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful services. Familiarity with Node.js/Express and/or Python/FastAPI. AI Orchestration: Hands\-on experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.). You should understand how to structure data for AI consumption and how to parse AI outputs into application state. Automation Mindset: A proven track record of automating manual workflows. You should have a "knack" for identifying repetitive tasks and building the scripts or systems to eliminate them.
