Front Sales Specialist (BARK)

If you are confident in dealing with international clients and closing high\-value digital projects, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in global tech sales. **Role Overview** As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing BARK platform leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into website, mobile app, and digital marketing projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with USA and international clients, and the ability to close deals efficiently. **What You’ll Be Doing** • Convert incoming BARK leads into confirmed projects • Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chat • Understand client requirements and recommend custom digital solutions • Close deals for high\-value Website \& Mobile App Development projects • Manage your sales pipeline and coordinate with internal teams • Build strong long\-term client relationships • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets **Key Projects You’ll Be Selling** You will primarily focus on high\-demand digital services, including: • Website Design \& Development • Mobile App Development (iOS \& Android) • eCommerce Store Development • Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation • Branding \& Business Identity Solutions **Who We’re Looking For** • 1–3 years of international sales experience (Fresh but highly motivated candidates may apply) • Excellent spoken and written English • Confident, persuasive, and target\-driven personality • Experience selling web/app development or digital services is a strong plus **Compensation \& Benefits** • Salary: PKR 80,000 – 400,000\+ (depending on targets achieved) • High performance\-based commissions • Car allowance based on performance and expectations • Work with USA \& international clients • Continuous sales training and mentorship • Friendly, supportive team environment • Clear career growth path into senior sales roles 📍 Location: PECHS Block 2, Karachi ⏰ Shift: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM PKT) 💼 Position: Full\-Time \| Onsite 📩 How to Apply Send your CV to: career@a\-techsolutionz.com Or WhatsApp: \+92 327 8229934
