You will oversee the daily flow of the front desk, ensuring both guest satisfaction and administrative precision. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of front desk staff to ensure every team member delivers service that reflects our commitment to luxury. * Act as a guest ambassador and Charleston aficionado, anticipating needs and resolving challenges with professional finesse. * Review daily checklists for all shifts and provide staff with regular performance feedback and areas for improvement. * Monitor brand standards throughout the lobby and valet areas, ensuring our luxury atmosphere is consistently maintained. * Manage daily bank counts, oversee guest billing folios, and handle credit card authorizations to ensure seamless financial operations. * Ensure the accuracy of guest contact information and manage essential reports to keep the front office running smoothly. * Assist with room inventory management and coordinate front desk supply needs. **What We’re Looking For** * A positive, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people. * A commitment to luxury standards and the ability to maintain precise records and billing. * A master of multitasking who thrives in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. * A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
