Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check\-in and check\-out experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. **Duties**
* Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check\-in and check\-out procedures while maintaining excellent guest relations
* Managing schedules for all front office staff, including coverage for call offs
* Oversee reservation management, including booking adjustments and special requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing prompt assistance and information to callers in multiple languages if applicable
* Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues swiftly to exceed expectations
* Train team members on hospitality management best practices, phone etiquette, and customer service standards
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless guest services in a resort or hotel environment
* Ability to work all shifts as needed; 7am\-3pm, 3pm\-11pm, and 11pm\-7am.
* Ability to work weekends and Holidays as needed.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting
* Strong knowledge of guest services, hotel management systems, and multi\-line phone operations
* Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a dynamic environment
* Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel experience is preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction
* Knowledge of phone etiquette, guest relations strategies, and resort operations is advantageous

Pay: $15\.00 \- $16\.00 per hour
