The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of front office activities. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check\-ins and check\-outs, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences. **Qualifications** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. * Proficiency in performing receptionist duties and managing front office operations efficiently. * Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. * Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth front desk functioning. * Proficient in using front office software and basic computer applications. * Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage. * Fluency in English is required; additional local language skills are a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is desirable.
