****ROLE: \- Front Office Executive**** ****SITE: \- Jindal Steel Works (JSW)**** ****SALARY: upto 38K**** ****BENEFITS: \- PF \+ Insurance \+ Mediclaim \+ Gratuity \+ Bonus \+ PL**** ****LOCATION: \- BKC \- Mumbai**** ****TIMINGS: \- Rotational Shifts \- 9am to 6pm \& 10am to 7pm. (Saturday \& Sunday OFF)**** **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Looking for a Smart, presentable candidates * Able to handle reception and broadline calls. * Handling walk\-in guests / Handling VVIPs Escorting’s, etc. * Provide upscale guest experiences for clients / Visitors * Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival * Collaborate with other members of the Sodexo on\-site team, to dispatch as well as collect the work orders established after receiving a request through mail/phone/paper. * Expected flair for communication, with the ability to decimate information in an accurate manner. * Handling reservation of meeting rooms, telephone, operations, cashiering, Incoming and Outgoing Couriers. * Supervising Housekeeping and checking on stock updates in the office. * Coordinating with all over the network for processing invoices. * Managing security and telecommunications systems. * Taking care of Day\-to\-Day Admin activities of Organization like Couriers (Inwards \& Outwards). * Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence * Transferring calls as necessary. * Coordinating internal and external events * Managing office inventory such as Stationery, First Aid, etc * Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area * Perform data\-entry, documentation, printing, and filling duties. ****Qualification**** * Graduate with Relevant experience in high end reception or management role * Neat in appearance; ability to present a polished imagine and follow uniform guidelines without exception * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. knowledge of EMS booking system (a plus) * Hands\-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) * Good time management skills. * Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. * Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
