Job Description
**Job Purpose** To handle entire Time Office activities like workers’ Payroll process/Contract labour management / Statutory compliance etc. * Preparation \& analysis of Wage MIS * Daily MIS related to hands engagement * Muster creation of Worker categories * Payroll Supervision * Full \& Final , Gratuity Payment * Handling Accounts Audit \& Internal \& External Audit * Maintained IR Das board , Preparation of different reports (COO reports , Hands deployment report etc , Pension Dashboard.) * Payment of Incentive * Payroll Supervision and preparation of all sorts of provision includes Casual leave , Bonus etc. * Employee Grievance handling with regard to wage payment , * Trainee / workers Timely Rate revise – * Appointment Letters timely print and handed over to IR Managers * Newly joined employees Address and their nomination updating in payroll system **Job Context \& Major Challenges** Job Context: The incumbent should be well versed with the workers wages and its complexities with regard to incentive calculation , Rate change , VDA calculation , Wages MIS etc Preferred to have some concepts of Long term settlement calculations , impact and other allied factors. Major Challenges: Paper less activities of time office leading to digitations of Time office activities. Synchronization of all reports to be made handy and accessible by relevant stakeholders. **Key Result Areas** **Accountability** **Supporting Actions** Over all supervision of wages Timely Rate revision , uploading revision of VDA , deduction of PF loans , cooperative dues ect Statutory deductions Ensure all statutory deduction like PF , ESI , PTax , Labour Welfare fund etc. Knowledge in Full \& Final , Gratuity Payment Gratuity calculation, leave encashment , ensure statutory dues , deduction statutory as applicable etc. Preparation of IR Das board , Preparation of different reports (COO reports , Hands deployment report etc , Pension Dashboard.) Ensure timely circulation of manpower deployment department wise , SBU wise , required to prepare COO MIS , Pension payment dash board etc. Newly joined employees Address and their nomination updating in payroll system To upload , new employee joining in employee master , ensure employment life cycle management data base etc. * Core Competencies **Domain/ Leadership / Product or Service knowledge** Preferred Education: Graduate. Domain \& Leadership Skills: Communication , conflict resolution and adaptability Service knowledge / Product knowledge: Application of information required to deliver and improve services to the workmen in their employment cycle. **Preferred Areas Of Experience** * Time office activities * Payroll management * Statutory liabilities
