At Mind Bridge, we continue to pride ourselves on our process efficiencies and quality\-conscious philosophy. which have led to a continuous and growing engagement with industry\-leading enterprises across the globe. **The Position** We are looking for a responsible and energetic **Front Desk Receptionist,** to join the Mindbridge Lahore team and undertake all receptionist and administrative duties at the desk of our Head Quarter. The hired person will be the "face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The selected individual will have a friendly and easy\-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined and should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer\-oriented approach is essential. Reporting to the Manager Admin and interacting closely with senior management, the Front Desk Receptionist shall help administer front desk services for the Lahore HQ office. **Duties And Responsibilities** * Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) * Greet and welcome guests * Answer questions and address complaints * Responsible for overseeing clerical and administrative tasks. * Answering phone calls and keeping an inventory of office supplies. * Managing files and recording information as needed * Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them * Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc. * Check, sort, and forward emails * Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation. * Helping organize and maintain office common areas. * Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.) * Assist HR team in communicating with candidates. **Education And Experience** * Bachelor's degree or more with experience of at least 2\-3 years. * Excellent English communication skills * Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat * Customer service orientation **Key Skills And Competencies** * Flexibility * Adaptability * Ability to multitask * Emotional maturity * Planning and organizing skills * Stress tolerance * High energy level * Enthusiasm **Exciting Benefits We Offer** * Market\-leading Salary * Friendly work environment * On job training * State\-of\-the\-art infrastructure * Annual Increment * Employee engagement \& appreciation programs **We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion.** Candidates can also visit our HR offices at **7 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan.** or **27 Madar\-e\-Millat Road Quaid e Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore** for walk\-in interviews(with original CNIC and updated CV) from Monday to Saturday between 10 am \- 5 pm.
