Job Description
**NOTE:**
*This role is open exclusively to candidates currently based in Northern Ireland.*

Our client is a serial entrepreneur based in Northern Ireland, running multiple businesses at once.
They move fast, think big, and need a Freelance VA who can match that energy, someone senior in their approach, calm under pressure and completely dependable. This is not an entry\-level role. It's for someone who has done this before, knows what good looks like, and doesn't need to be told twice.
**This is a freelance, part\-time engagement, approximately 40 hours per month, fully remote.**

**What you'll be doing**
* Managing a busy calendar across multiple business areas and keeping it airtight
* Handling a high\-volume inbox, triaging, responding and flagging what matters
* Taking ownership of general admin end\-to\-end, without waiting for direction
* Anticipating needs before they're voiced and acting on them
* Communicating clearly and confidently with the client and their contacts
**What we're looking for**
* Proven experience as a VA, PA or EA supporting a senior professional or founder
* Genuinely proactive, you don't wait, you move fast
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different business areas simultaneously
* Strong written communication and a confident, senior approach
* Reliable, discreet and easy to work with
* Available for approximately 40 hours per month on a freelance basis
**Engagement Details**
* Rate: £20 per hour
* Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week to start
* Contract Type: Freelance / Self\-Employed
* Location: Northern Ireland
