Ltd. is seeking a Freelance Trainer for its Sindh, Pakistan location. This is a full\-time, on\-site role where the trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and customizing training sessions on various ISO standards and specialized technical topics. Core responsibilities include evaluating training needs, developing course materials, conducting training programs, and ensuring compliance with the highest professional standards. Additionally, the Freelance Trainer will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development that align with the company's quality and safety ethos. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in various ISO standards such as ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 22000, and Food Safety Certification. * Proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions and creating effective course materials. * Project management and practical industry experience in sectors like Oil \& Gas, Construction, or Power is a significant advantage. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that cater to diverse audiences. * Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Relevant certifications and qualifications in ISO standards, quality management, or training facilitation are preferred. * Ability to analyze client needs and tailor training methodologies accordingly. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with prior training or teaching experience being a key differentiator.
