Hotel Advantage Ltd is recognized for its flexibility and expertise in driving operational and business excellence. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Freelance Hotel Operations Manager role located in the Lake District, Live\-in. A multi\-faceted and complex site, involving multiple accommodation types in a National Park, this is an opportunity to spend minimum 6 months, starting in June, in stunning surroundings with a fantastic team and strategic support for you to make your mark. It would suit a strong Deputy GM, Operations Manager or GM looking for a new challenge. The candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain service quality standards. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction initiatives, training staff to optimize performance, and fostering effective communication across departments. The role requires strong operational leadership, a proactive approach to solving challenges, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in Operations Management with a focus on day\-to\-day functionality and team coordination * Strong customer focus, with demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service enhancement * Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders * Experience in Training staff to improve service standards, enhance skill sets, and develop operational efficiency * Strong problem\-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast\-paced environment * Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is required * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
