Open daily from **12 PM to 4 AM** , Mogao is dedicated to delivering exceptional food, service, and hospitality. Role Description Mogao is seeking a **full\-time Waitress / Food Server** to join our team in Dubai. This on\-site role is responsible for delivering excellent guest service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers. The Waitress will take food and beverage orders, serve meals efficiently, assist guests with menu selections, and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner * Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system * Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards * Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food and beverages * Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service * Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area * Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards * Assist with opening and closing duties when required Qualifications * Strong **customer service and communication skills** * Experience in **Food \& Beverage service** or hospitality preferred * Ability to work in a **fast\-paced restaurant environment** * Good teamwork and interpersonal skills * Basic knowledge of menu items and food service procedures * High school diploma or equivalent * Flexibility to work **evenings, weekends, and holidays**
