Financial Analyst

The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well\-established regional presence. **Role Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Financial Analyst** to support data\-driven decision\-making through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Excel, Power BI** , and financial data extraction from **Trial Balances and ERP systems** . **Key Responsibilities** * Extract and analyze financial data from Trial Balances and GL systems * Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and identify key trends * Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning * Build interactive dashboards using Power BI * Prepare reports and insights for management decision\-making * Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation with accounting teams * Support month\-end/year\-end closing and financial reporting **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field * 2\+ years of experience in financial analysis/accounting * Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query) * Hands\-on experience with Power BI * Strong understanding of Trial Balance \& financial statements * ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
