Female Registered Nurse-Home Care

A **Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)** provides professional nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse is responsible for assessing patient health conditions, administering treatments, educating patients and families, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high\-quality home healthcare services. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct **initial patient assessments** and develop individualized care plans. * Provide **direct nursing care** including wound care, injections, medication administration, IV therapy, and monitoring vital signs. * Monitor patient health and **document clinical observations and progress**. * Educate patients and family members about **disease management, medications, and home care procedures**. * Coordinate with **physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals** to implement and adjust treatment plans. * Ensure **accurate patient documentation** in accordance with healthcare regulations. * Maintain infection control and **follow patient safety protocols**. * Respond to **medical emergencies** and provide appropriate nursing interventions. * Supervise and guide **home care aides or caregivers** when required. * Ensure compliance with **local healthcare regulations and professional nursing standards**. **Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing** * Valid **Registered Nurse (RN) license** * Certification in **Basic Life Support (BLS)**; **Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)** preferred * Minimum **1–2 years of nursing experience** (home healthcare experience preferred) **Required Skills** * Strong **clinical assessment and patient care skills** * Knowledge of **home healthcare procedures** * Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** * Ability to work **independently in a home setting** * Strong **documentation and organizational skills** * Compassionate and patient\-centered approach Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED7,500\.00 \- AED8,000\.00 per month
