**Family Solicitor (Private Children \& Divorce)** Bootle, Liverpool Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Full Time \| Permanent \| Hybrid Working Available (after initial settling\-in period) An established and well\-respected North West law firm is seeking a **Family Solicitor with experience in private law children and divorce matters** to join their busy and supportive team in **Bootle, Liverpool**. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced family lawyer who is looking to develop their career within a firm known for its strong reputation, quality work, and down\-to\-earth working environment. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of **family law matters**, primarily focused on **private law children and divorce cases**. The role also involves **advocacy**, so the successful candidate should be comfortable representing clients where required. The majority of the caseload will consist of **legal aid work**, although there will also be opportunities to handle **privately funded matters**. Key Responsibilities * Managing a caseload of private family law matters, including children and divorce cases * Providing representation and advocacy where required * Advising and supporting clients through often sensitive and complex situations * Managing files efficiently to meet deadlines and targets * Delivering a high standard of client care Candidate Requirements * **Minimum 3 years PQE** in Family Law * Experience handling **private law children and divorce matters** * **Advocacy experience** (Solicitor/Advocate role) * Previous experience working with **Legal Aid files** * Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own caseload * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work with **vulnerable or distressed clients** in a professional and empathetic manner Job Type: Full\-time Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bootle L20 7AP
