Factory HR
**Location :**
Bhiwadi , Rajasthan
**Reports to :**
Senior Manager ER
**About the Role :**
This role will be responsible for setting up and leading the entire HR function for a greenfield food manufacturing facility. The role will play a strategic and operational role in workforce planning, industrial relations, talent acquisition, statutory compliance, HR systems, and building a strong people\-first culture aligned with food safety, quality, and operational excellence.
**Key Deliverables**
**Greenfield Setup \& HR Infrastructure**
* Lead end\-to\-end HR setup for the greenfield plant, including HR policies, SOPs, systems, and processes
* Support manpower planning, workforce structuring, and budgeting in line with plant capacity ramp\-up
* Coordinate with cross\-functional teams during plant commissioning and operational readiness
* Liason with external authorities and facilitate approvals for plant start up
* Ensure compliances are set up and monitored
**Key Deliverables \-**

**Industrial and Employee Relations Management**
* Review and finalise standing orders and workman code of conduct for the factory
* Monitor and review compliance to standing order and other statutory compliances
* Communicate employee code of conduct for managers and monitor overall employee relations as per the code of conduct
**Contract Labour Management**
* Review and finalise contract manpower requirements basis manufacturing plan
* Review and finalise contract agreements with contractors
* Monitor and ensure adherence to contract labour related statutory compliance
**Design and monitor execution of employee engagement activities**
* Design employee engagement activities, roll out and communicate engagement calendar post approval
* Monitor the execution as per timelines and track effectiveness of the initiatives against desired objectives
**HR Information System Management**
* Validate and approve personnel trend reports and other MIS reports pertaining to HR for the factory.
**Recruitment and on boarding**
* Review recruitment requirement, finalise job design and skill requirement, provide sourcing guidelines to recruitment team
* Ensure recruitment as per timelines and smooth on boarding activities like medical, travel, background check, appointment etc
**Training and development activities**
* Finalise training requirements for workmen, design a training calendar and seek approval wrt activities and budget
* Monitor execution of training activities, coordinate with external trainers wherever required
* Analyze training feedback and effectiveness
**Plant Administration Management**
* Finalise administration related vendor requirements and form work committees for transport, canteen etc
* Review and approve payroll records of workmen and resolve escalated workmen issues
**Knowledge :**
\-Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance as applicable in manufacturing
\- Knowledge of external labor market (IR situations; labor availability, government bodies)
\- Knowledge of HR operations at factory (attendance, leave, contract labor management)
