Job Description
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced lawyers who can help train their latest language model on legal tasks. We're looking for associates with 5\+ years experience at a top firm to create, evaluate, and refine AI\-generated work across core legal workflows — contract drafting, M\&A documentation, due diligence, regulatory analysis, and legal memoranda.
**Compensation:**
$225/hour
**Commitment:**
Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $4,500/week)
**Location:**
Fully remote — work on your own schedule
**Start date:**
End of February / Start of March
**Qualifications:**
* 5\+ years experience at a top firm
* Strong expertise in your practice area, with experience in complex legal analysis, drafting, and client advisory
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
