Our client EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is looking for a Executive Officer, Corporate Benefits Operations in Karachi EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Executive Officer specializing in Policy Setup within Corporate Benefits Operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field and brings 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations or documentation management. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of policy documents and workflows, supporting the management team, and ensuring seamless coordination across various corporate benefit processes. The Executive Officer will manage documentation, monitor project timelines, and verify compliance with company standards, playing a vital role in the operational efficiency of the corporate benefits division. The Executive Officer operates within a structured environment, focusing on thorough documentation review, process adherence, and effective communication. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous process improvement, risk management, and compliance adherence, ensuring that all corporate benefit policies and operations run smoothly and align with regulatory and company requirements. **Responsibilities** * Review incoming and outgoing corporate benefits policy documentation to ensure complete compliance with company standards and error\-free processing. * Maintain, organize, and systematically update both physical and digital filing systems to guarantee that all company documents can be easily accessed and retrieved. * Support daily operational workflows by assisting the management team with various coordination tasks and conducting high\-speed data entry with accuracy. * Track and monitor project timelines meticulously to ensure that all relevant paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and submitted before established deadlines. * Develop and implement operational workflow improvements that enhance documentation accuracy, processing speed, and overall efficiency. * Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate documentation needs, clarify process requirements, and resolve any issues related to policy setup and administration. * Manage documentation through document management systems, ensuring that updates are properly logged and changes are tracked for audit and reference purposes. * Assist in risk management by identifying potential compliance gaps or documentation errors and escalating issues to appropriate personnel for resolution. * Generate regular reports on documentation status, policy setup progress, and compliance metrics to provide timely updates to management. * Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements within the operational processes, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of all documents. * Perform data entry accurately into corporate systems to support smooth policy processing and benefits administration. * Collaborate within a team environment to quickly learn new processes, tools, and technologies that support corporate benefits operations. * Apply excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate effective collaboration across departments involved in policy setup and benefits management. * Contribute to maintaining a well\-organized and efficient work environment that supports the overall goals of EFU Life Assurance Ltd.'s corporate benefits operations.
