Job Description
**Responsibilities** * Managing and overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the customer service department. * Handling escalated customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction. * Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience. * Utilizing Excel proficiency to analyze data and generate reports for management review. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in handling back office work or similar roles. * Excellent Excel skills to analyze data and track customer service metrics. * Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions. * Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. * Relevant certifications in customer service or related area is a plus.
