Must have working knowledge on GDS (any) Must have knowledge of working on GDS Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares \& pricing Travel certification is required. Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types Good communication skills Good Travel geographical knowledge Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn. Will have Interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working Relationships with customers.
