Job Description

**Estimation Engineer**
to join a dynamic team in Dubai, with a competitive salary of up to
**AED 25,000**
.
🔹
**Key Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in building construction
• Proven experience in high\-rise building projects (essential)
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Handle tendering, bidding, and quotation submissions
• Perform quantity take\-offs with accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Implement cost control and value engineering strategies
• Identify project risks and provide cost insights
• Collaborate with project and design teams
