Ltd. is looking for a motivated Environmental Engineer – Services to support the Operations \& Maintenance (O\&M), optimisation, and client coordination for decentralized Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) across Bengaluru. **About Ecotech** Ecotech Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is a 40\+ year\-old engineering firm specialising in wastewater treatment solutions, with 1000\+ client engagements and 100\+ STPs/ETPs under O\&M across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.  Our work focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, improving treatment performance, and enabling water reuse through sustainable engineering solutions.  **Position Details:** **Location:**  Head Office in Whitefield, Bengaluru **Reporting To:**  Head\- Engineering \& Services **Compensation:** Based on previous pay and experience as per industry standards **Role Overview** The Environmental Engineer\- Services will assist in managing multiple decentralized STP and ETP sites, ensuring stable plant operations, regulatory compliance, and effective client coordination. This role provides hands\-on exposure to wastewater treatment operations, troubleshooting, technical audits, and plant optimisation, making it ideal for engineers early in their careers who want strong field and operational experience. **Key Responsibilities** 1\.     Plant Operations \& Site Management * Support management of 15\- 20 decentralized STP/ETP sites in Bengaluru * Monitor plant performance including effluent quality, MLSS levels, chemical dosing, and energy consumption etc. * Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections * Ensure compliance with prescribed discharge and reuse standards by NGT/ PCB 2\.     Technical Support \& Troubleshooting * Assist in identifying process, mechanical, and operational issues * Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures * Work with field teams to stabilise plant performance 3\.     Client Coordination \& Documentation * Assist as a technical contact for clients and facility managers * Document site communications and reports via email and SharePoint * Support preparation of monthly O\&M reports and performance summaries 4\.     Repairs \& Maintenance * Identify opportunities for Repairs \& Maintenance (R\&M) and plant improvements * Assist in preparing R\&M quotations and maintaining trackers * Support preventive maintenance planning with mechanics and field teams 5\.     Operations Coordination * Coordinate with Q\&T officers, mechanics, and operators * Track preventive maintenance schedules and site activities * Support AMC invoicing, collections, and renewal tracking **Qualification and Experience** * BE/BTech or MTech in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering * 1–2\+ years of experience in STP/ETP operations, design, or wastewater projects * Basic understanding of biological treatment processes (EAAS/MBR), tertiary treatment, and sludge handling * Ability to read P\&IDs, process flow diagrams, and plant layouts Why Join us? * Hands\-on experience in real wastewater treatment plants across Bengaluru * Opportunity to work on plant optimisation, audits, and upgrades * Exposure to residential, commercial, and industrial treatment systems * Work with a 40\+ year engineering legacy in wastewater treatment 📩 Apply: send your CV to apply@ecotech\-india.com
