Entry-Level Data Scientist

As a Entry\-Level Data Scientist, you will play a key role in analyzing data and building models that generate valuable insights to inform business decisions. Your work will involve handling large datasets, applying statistical techniques, and developing predictive models. **Primary Duties:** * Design, configure, test, and support informatics and data science solutions for a range of technical challenges. * Apply analytical methods to diagnose data\-related issues, develop solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness. * Document and present requirements, design alternatives, and findings to team members and clients. * Develop strategic data modeling processes, ensuring accurate identification of cause\-and\-effect relationships. * Support the development and maintenance of shared libraries and tools utilized by various teams. * Contribute to the strategy for achieving rapid prototyping. * Assist in the preparation and cleaning of raw data to ensure it’s suitable for analysis. * Collaborate with senior data scientists to refine models and improve their predictive accuracy. * Participate in team brainstorming sessions to identify potential data\-driven solutions to business challenges. * Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to enhance models and strategies. **Professional Experience:** * Experience in an ML engineering or data science role, focusing on building machine learning models. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala. * Experience working with integrated development environments, data integration, data visualization, and analysis tools. * Hands\-on experience managing large datasets, uncovering hidden patterns through data analysis, using data visualization tools, writing SQL, and utilizing GPUs for model development. * Experience in preparing and cleaning raw data for analysis, ensuring high data quality. * Exposure to working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage and processing. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non\-technical audiences, and deliver data\-driven presentations. * Previous experience with version control systems like Git, contributing to collaborative projects. * A Bachelor's degree combined with 1\-3 years of relevant experience.
