Entry Level Civil Engineer

Come join a team of other passionate, hardworking employees and become part of a friendly, dynamic, and fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** Under the direct supervision of licensed Professional Engineers, Senior Engineers and Project Managers, this candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to: * Performing design, computations, and evaluations associated with municipal roadway improvements, drainage improvements, site grading and paving and other municipal engineering projects * Writing reports and specifications, gathering information, drafting correspondence, and completing progress reports * Client interaction and teamwork with other disciplines * Coordinating permitting efforts with various local regulatory agencies **Qualifications** * At least a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline * 0 – 3 years of design experience * Willingness and ability to complete field work a plus. This can involve descending into excavations, entering confined spaces and being in the vicinity of heavy construction equipment and vehicles is a plus * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD a plus * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written * Self\-motivated and eager to learn * FE/EIT and OSHA training is a plus, but not required **Schedule:** Monday through Friday 8 hour shift **Salary Range:** $58,000 – $68,000 **Benefits:** * Employer 401 K contributions * Health, dental and vision coverage * Compensated time off and holiday pay * Long term disability coverage and life insurance * Flex spending
