Through our initiatives, we aim to build a foundation for growth, innovation, and community development. **Role Description** This is a volunteer, remote role for an English Instructor. The English Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual lessons, creating educational content, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional duties include lesson planning, tailoring instruction to cater to diverse learning needs, and mentoring students to improve their language proficiency through practical exercises and interactive activities. **Qualifications** * Skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Education * Proficiency in developing lesson plans and delivering effective teaching strategies * Excellent Writing skills to support language instruction and communication * Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a virtual learning environment * Flexibility to work across diverse cultural and educational settings * Experience in online teaching or conducting virtual lessons is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred) * Commitment to promoting education and empowering Afghan youth
