Engineer/Jr.- QS/Billing & BBS

**About The Role** We are hiring QS / Billing Engineers across multiple levels for our ongoing residential projects. These roles are critical for **reinforcement steel management, billing control, and material reconciliation** , ensuring cost efficiency and execution accuracy at the site. **Key Responsibilities** **Core Responsibilities (All Levels)** * Preparation and review of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) * Material take\-off and quantity estimation from drawings * Contractor bill verification and certification * Material reconciliation at the RA bill stages * Monitoring and control of reinforcement steel consumption * Assist in BBS preparation and quantity take\-off * Support billing checks and documentation * Assist in material tracking and reconciliation **\[Note: Candidates from infrastructure projects will not be considered.]** **Requirements** **Essential** * 3–15 years of experience in building / residential construction * Strong working knowledge of: + BBS (mandatory) + IS Codes (IS 456, SP 34, IS 1200\) * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings **Preferred** * Experience in high\-rise residential projects * Exposure to ERP systems (Farvision or similar) **What We’re Looking For** Engineers who can handle reinforcement\-related work with precision, maintain billing discipline, and ensure accurate material tracking.
