Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Junior Engineer to join our Railway Design Team, specializing in alignment, track, and structural engineering. The role involves assisting in the preparation of railway alignment designs, geometric layouts, trackwork planning, and structural detailing under the guidance of senior engineers. Responsibilities include developing CAD drawings, preparing design reports, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting site teams with design clarifications, and ensuring compliance with railway standards (Indian Railways, RDSO, AREMA, UIC, or FIDIC). The candidate should possess a basic understanding of the design of civil structures such as bridges, viaducts, and culverts, along with knowledge of geotechnical investigations (GTI) and embankment design for railway formation. Exposure to slab track and ballasted track systems, drainage concepts, and interface requirements will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, or similar), and the ability to interpret technical specifications are essential.
