HR Employee Experience Lead
Rate: £500 – £600/day umbrella
Hybrid: Onsite 3 Days Per Week
Sector: Public Sector
Location: North London
**Important Note:**
This is not a traditional Employee Relations–focused role. The emphasis is on Employee Experience.
This position is responsible for shaping and delivering a positive, consistent employee experience across the full HR lifecycle. Through high\-quality HR advice, onboarding, learning \& development, and people\-focused change initiatives, you will ensure employees feel supported, engaged, and set up to succeed.
This is not an HR Business Partner role. Instead, it is a hands\-on HR Manager position with responsibility for selected ER matters, L\&D initiatives, and team leadership. The role is operationally focused, requiring someone who can balance day\-to\-day HR delivery with continuous improvement of the employee journey.
**Core Responsibilities**
* Support AD of HR to deliver consistent employee experience
* Lead employee relations activity
* HR advisory \+ manager guidance
* Induction \+ some L\&D
* Support change projects
* Improve responsiveness and reliability of HR service
* Help managers become more self\-sufficient
* Manage part of HR team
**Key Requirements**
* Senior HR professional level
* Strong ER case management experience
* Comfortable with complex/high\-risk cases
* Hands\-on operational leader
* Proactive, organised, delivery\-focused
