Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive and execute the Emiratization strategy across the organization
* Identify, attract, and recruit Emirati talent through universities, government entities, and recruitment platforms
* Coordinate and participate in Emirati\-focused job fairs and recruitment drives
* Design and implement training and development programs for Emirati employees
* Monitor and improve retention, engagement, and satisfaction of Emirati staff
* Ensure full compliance with U A E labour laws and Emiratization regulations
* Monitor and report progress against Emiratization targets to HR and regulatory bodies (CBUAE and others)
* Manage the CBUAE portal and ensure accurate and up\-to\-date records
* Manage GPSSA scheme, Nafis platform, and other digital initiatives
* Provide mentorship and promote an inclusive and supportive work environment for Emirati employees
**Requirements**
* Strong knowledge of U A E labour laws, Emiratization regulations, and government initiatives
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship\-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
* BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Emiratization\-focused roles
