AMI Elementary Guide (16\-Month Maternity Leave) Westside Montessori School \- Dufferin Grove, Downtown Toronto Westside Montessori School in Dufferin Grove, downtown Toronto, is seeking a patient, dedicated, and caring AMI Elementary Guide to join our community for a 16\-month maternity leave position, with the possibility of permanent employment. About the Role As an AMI Elementary Guide, you will lead a Lower Elementary community with warmth, clarity, and deep respect for each child’s developmental journey. You will inspire curiosity, foster independence, and guide students academically, socially, and emotionally using the Montessori approach. This is a full\-time maternity leave position offering meaningful continuity with a wellestablished classroom and a supportive school community.
