Job Description
As
**Maintenance Engineer**
, you will be the guardian of our high\-speed production lines. You will lead the technical upkeep of our facility, ensuring that our advanced Gravure and slitting machinery operates at peak efficiency to meet global demand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Asset Management:**
Lead the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of high\-speed
**gravure printing and slitting machines**
.
* **Operational Excellence:**
Implement
**Six Sigma**
and
**Kaizen**
methodologies to reduce downtime, eliminate waste, and optimize machine performance.
* **Technical Troubleshooting:**
Oversee complex repairs in PLC systems, electrical circuits, and mechatronic components to ensure seamless production.
* **Data\-Driven Leadership:**
Utilize
**BI tools**
(Power BI/Tableau) to track maintenance KPIs, manage spare parts inventory, and provide actionable insights for life\-cycle management.
* **Safety \& Compliance:**
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
* **Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in
**Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering**
.
* **Experience:**
5\+ years of hands\-on maintenance experience, specifically within a
**Printing or Packaging**
firm.
* **Technical Edge:**
Expertise in
**BI tools**
for data\-driven reporting is a significant asset.
* **Core Skills:**
Proven track record in
**Six Sigma**
or
**Kaizen**
projects. Expert\-level knowledge of industrial automation and electrical systems.
* **Mindset:**
