Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design and review of Electrical, Instrumentation \& Control (E\&I) systems for greenfield and brownfield projects from feasibility through EPC.
* Ensure safety, compliance and smooth integration with EPC contractors, vendors and internal teams.
* Design and review LV/MV/HV systems including generation, transformers, switchgear and MCCs.
* Prepare and review electrical deliverables including SLDs, layouts, earthing and lighting systems, cable routing, MTOs and specifications.
* Perform and review electrical studies and ensure compliance with international standards.
* Design hazardous area systems including explosion\-proof and intrinsically safe systems.
* Design and review I\&C deliverables including Instrument Index, I/O lists, C\&E, JB/cable schedules.
* Ensure compliance for hazardous areas and fire \& gas systems.
* Support MRs, RFQs and bid evaluations.
**Requirements:**
* A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in the petrochemical, refinery or oil \& gas sectors.
* Experience with EPC operators in the Middle East will be a plus.
* Certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be preferred.
* Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HV power systems.
* Experience with power system studies using ETAP or equivalent tools.
* Knowledge of field instruments, PLC/DCS and control systems.
* Knowledge of hazardous area classification and explosion protection.
* Familiarity with Fire \& Gas systems and relevant standards.
* Strong analytical and coordination skills.
* Effective communication, ability to manage multiple priorities.
