Engineers will collaborate with SolutionMall teams to bridge project requirements with local engineering practices and site conditions. **You may be involved in:** • Understanding and validating technical requirements • Supporting engineering discussions during project preparation • Facilitating communication between international teams and local stakeholders • Providing local technical insights during project execution **Project scope may include:** • Power infrastructure and electrical systems *(primary focus)* • MV/LV power distribution networks • Industrial and commercial electrical installations • Substation and related equipment systems • Backup and supporting power solutions • Renewable energy systems (as complementary components) **3\) Key Responsibilities** **Technical Support \& Validation** • Assist in reviewing project requirements and verifying site conditions • Help interpret and clarify technical specifications where needed • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with **local standards and practical constraints in Pakistan** **Engineering Coordination** • Act as a bridge between SolutionMall teams and local stakeholders • Support technical discussions during RFQ and quotation stages • Provide input on engineering feasibility and local execution practices **Project Assistance** Depending on project phase, responsibilities may include: • Participating in site visits or technical assessments • Supporting coordination with local contractors and installers • Assisting with technical clarification during project implementation **4\) Qualifications** **Required** • Degree or background in electrical engineering, energy systems, or power engineering • Minimum 2 years of experience in **power or electrical infrastructure projects** • Familiarity with systems such as **power distribution, substations, or industrial electrical systems** • Ability to collaborate remotely with international project teams **Preferred Experience** • Experience in infrastructure projects, EPC environments, or utility\-related work • Exposure to power systems such as transformers, switchgear, or distribution networks • Understanding of project documentation and technical coordination processes **Languages** • Working proficiency in **English or Urdu** • Additional regional languages are a plus **5\) Coverage** This role focuses on **power and energy infrastructure projects within Pakistan** .
