Our programme is uniquely designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large\-scale construction projects, providing graduates with exposure to the complete construction process. **About the Role**   We are seeking a motivated **Electrical Engineer** **Graduate** to join our teams and gain hands\-on experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems on large\-scale projects. This role offers exposure to all aspects of electrical engineering within the construction industry, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and building services. **Responsibilities** * Assist in **planning and coordination** of electrical works on site * Review and interpret **electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications** * Support **site inspections** to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards * Liaise with **design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers** to resolve technical queries * Ensure compliance with **health \& safety regulations** and electrical codes * Maintain accurate **documentation** , including test reports and quality records * Assist in **commissioning activities** and troubleshooting electrical systems * Contribute to **risk assessments and method statements** for electrical works   **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline * Knowledge of electrical systems and building services * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or electrical design software is an advantage * Commitment to health \& safety and quality standards **Benefits** * Mentorship from experienced professionals * Exposure to working on large\-scale data centre projects * A collaborative and supportive work culture * Opportunity to build a strong foundation for your engineering career   ***Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer***
