Educator- Entrepreneurship & Experiential Learning

At Sapthagiri, we are seeking an educator who believes education must evolve as fast as the world does! This is a key academic position with the power and responsibility to create programs that prepare students for the real world. You will be conceptualizing and executing all innovation\-driven initiatives across the college — from entrepreneurship courses and skill\-based certifications to career immersion programs and student conclaves. Basically, you will serve as the architect of our college’s innovation ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** *Entrepreneurship \& Business Programs* * Design and implement structured entrepreneurship modules for students. * Integrate branding, marketing, financial literacy and business strategy concepts. * Lead startup simulations, business challenges and real\-world application projects. * Build industry and mentor partnerships. *Skill\-Based \& Future\-Ready Initiatives* * Develop and execute practical skill programs aligned with emerging industries. * Introduce experiential, hands\-on learning models. * Ensure meaningful outcomes and real\-world relevance. *Career Development \& Pathways* * Design structured career exploration frameworks. * Organize career immersion programs, expert sessions and university connect initiatives. * Create systems that help students identify strengths and align future pathways. *High\-Impact Programs \& Conclaves* * Conceptualize and execute large\-scale innovation summits and student conclaves. * Design and implement high\-visibility programs that position the college as forward\-thinking and industry\-aligned. **Who We’re Looking For** Strong understanding of branding, marketing and financial/business fundamentals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to design programs and execute with precision. Comfortable working closely with students and inspiring young minds. Creative, resourceful, decisive — and able to get things done. Willingness to embrace change and learn quickly.
