Coaches and Scouts
**Type:**

**Compensation:**
**$50–$90/hour**
**Location:**
**US, UK, or Canada**
**Duration:**
**3–4 weeks**
**Commitment:**
**15\+ hours/week**
**Role Responsibilities**
* Design questions related to your occupation as Coaches and Scouts.
* Work independently and asynchronously around your schedule.
* Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
* Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for 3–4 weeks.
* Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
**Qualifications**
**Must\-Have**
* 4\+ years full\-time work experience as a Coaches and Scouts.
* Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
**Compensation \& Legal**
* At\-will contractor to Mercor.
* Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
* Cannot support H1\-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
