*With respect to all your personal data shared to VinFast in the application and the entire recruitment process of VinFast, by clicking “Apply”, submitting your resumé/CV and/or participating in VinFast's recruitment process, you agree that you have read VinFast's Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") posted at https://vinfastauto.com/vn\_vi/dieu\-khoan\-phap\-ly or https://vinfast.vn/privacy\-policy/, you agree to the Policy and consent for VinFast to process your personal data in accordance with the Policy and the applicable regulations on personal data protection* **Sales Strategy \& Leadership** : * Develop and execute a global sales strategy for VinFast’s EBUS offerings, ensuring market penetration and revenue growth in key regions. * Lead, inspire, and manage a high\-performing sales team, providing mentorship and direction to ensure successful achievement of sales targets. * Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, closely monitoring the team’s performance and driving accountability. **Market Expansion \& Business Development** : * Identify new market opportunities for EBUS both domestically and internationally, including government contracts, fleet operators, and private sector partnerships. * Drive strategic partnerships with local authorities, municipalities, and private companies to promote and expand the adoption of VinFast EBUS. * Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and trends to adapt sales strategies and achieve competitive advantage in diverse markets. **Client \& Stakeholder Management** : * Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including public transportation authorities, municipalities, fleet operators, and other stakeholders in the electric transportation space. * Represent VinFast at industry events, conferences, and forums, elevating the brand’s profile and establishing VinFast as a leader in sustainable transportation. * Lead high\-level negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long\-term partnerships with key clients. **Sales Pipeline Management** : * Manage a comprehensive and robust sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are appropriately tracked and prioritized using CRM tools. * Ensure effective lead generation, follow\-ups, and conversion strategies that meet or exceed revenue expectations. **Cross\-functional Collaboration** : * Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with VinFast’s product roadmap and customer service standards. * Provide market intelligence and customer insights to the product development teams to ensure VinFast’s EBUS offerings align with market needs and regulatory requirements. **Performance Tracking \& Reporting** : * Oversee the preparation of sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and progress against strategic goals. * Maintain effective communication with senior leadership to report on sales achievements, pipeline status, and market developments. **Innovation \& Market Leadership** : * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest industry trends, including technological advancements in electric buses, policy changes, and competitive movements. * Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability mission, advocating for the broader adoption of electric buses in the global transport ecosystem. Requirements **Education** : * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus. **Experience** : * 10\+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the electric vehicle (EV) or sustainable transportation sector, particularly in electric buses. * Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving business growth in B2B and B2G environments. * Experience working with government contracts, public transportation agencies, and large fleet operators is highly desirable. * Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and policy trends impacting the electric bus industry is an advantage. **Skills \& Competencies** : * Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast\-moving, competitive environment. * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals. **Personal Traits** : * Passion for sustainability and green technology. * Results\-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset. * Ability to navigate complex negotiations and business challenges. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and key external partners.
