E Commerce Customer Service Advisor \- Office based
We are a well\-established homeware/fashion accessories brand focused on in house designs that are then manufactured in the Far East. All orders are processed and dispatched from our premises in East Sussex for customers within the UK and overseas.
We are looking for a proactive, smart, and super organised Customer Service Administrator to support the day\-to\-day operations of our established B2B wholesale business and B2C E commerce orders. The ideal candidate with be customer driven, detail orientated and comfortable taking ownership of their work in a driven, fast moving working environment.We are looking for a proactive, smart, and super organised Customer Service Advisor., working part time , ideally 4 or 5 days a week Mon\-Fri (within office hours of 8\.30am\-5pm but flexible on timings)
If you can demonstrate the following, we would really like to hear from you: \-
· Good administration and organisation skills
· Good telephone manner
· Strong E commerce Customer Service skills
· High standard of spoken and written English
· Flexible work attitude
· Strong sense of ownership
\-Shopify experience an advantage
