Built Right is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to lead and expand our e\-commerce operations based in Lahore. The successful candidate will own daily Amazon account management and direct growth initiatives while building and supervising a small in\-house team of two members. This role is designed to swiftly transition from hands\-on daily operational control to strategic leadership and team management, ensuring seamless order processing, optimized product listings, and impactful advertising campaigns.
The Amazon Account Manager will focus initially on stabilizing order dispatch and managing customer communications with the warehouse team in the UK. Following this operational foundation, the role evolves to managing Pay Per Click advertising campaigns, performing keyword research, and conducting listing optimizations to boost sales and conversions. Reporting regularly on performance, the manager maintains workflows and standards while recruiting and training team members to support scalable growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Take full ownership of daily order processing across Amazon, eBay, and the company website, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch coordination with the UK\-based warehouse.
* Generate shipping labels, update tracking information, and manage customer messages promptly to enhance the buyer experience.
* Develop and implement structured daily dispatch workflows to increase operational efficiency and reliability.
* Identify recruitment needs and lead the hiring process to build a competent support team in Lahore.
* Delegate order processing and customer service activities to team members while maintaining high\-quality standards.
* Create, document, and refine standard operating procedures for repeatable and scalable tasks to streamline operations.

* Manage Amazon Pay Per Click advertising campaigns, including both automatic and manual types, to maximize advertising spend effectiveness.
* Conduct detailed keyword research and optimize bids to improve advertising cost metrics such as ACoS and TACoS.
* Enhance product listings by optimizing content and ensuring consistent alignment with search trends and customer preferences.
* Identify and implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and expand overall account growth on Amazon.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of two in\-house associates, providing daily task allocation, performance monitoring, and skill development.
* Ensure strict adherence to accuracy, efficiency, and process compliance within the team’s operations.
* Continuously analyze and improve systems and workflows to support operational scalability and effectiveness.
* Produce regular performance reports including daily dispatch statuses, weekly advertising and sales insights, and monthly growth and team performance reviews.
* Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to track key performance metrics and support data\-driven decision making.
* Maintain excellent organizational and communication practices to coordinate cross\-functional activities and achieve business objectives.
