The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing front office operations, supervising staff, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery and maintaining compliance with company standards and guidelines. Upholding the quality of service and enhancing the satisfaction of our guests are key priorities for this position. **Skills** * **Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge of INNKey PMS.** * Strong problem\-solving, time management, and organizational skills * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities * Experience in staff supervision and team management * Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices * Proficiency in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally * Flexibility to work in shifts and manage varying operational challenges * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred * Prior experience in a managerial role within luxury hospitality is advantageous
