Duty Manager

Tibet Hotel is a **premium lakeside boutique hotel** located on Shangrilla Lake in Skardu, Gilgit Baltistan. The property features **26 suite rooms and 2 penthouses** , along with a lakeside restaurant and well\-appointed rooms offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. We are looking for an **enthusiastic and hands\-on Duty Manager** to support daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is particularly suitable for **Front Office Supervisors, Guest Relations Officers, Front Desk Supervisors, or Assistant Front Office Managers** who are looking to step into a broader **hotel operations leadership role** . **Responsibilities** • Oversee **daily hotel operations** across Front Office, Housekeeping, and guest services • Manage **front desk operations** , including check\-ins, check\-outs, and reservations • Ensure high standards of **guest service, service recovery, and guest satisfaction** • Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain **room readiness and cleanliness standards** • Handle guest inquiries and operational challenges professionally • Maintain smooth **inter\-department coordination** This is a **hands\-on operational role** requiring active involvement in front office operations and daily hotel management. **Requirements** • Experience in **hotel operations, front office supervision, or guest relations** • Strong **guest relations, communication, and problem\-solving skills** • Familiarity with **hotel PMS systems, reservations, and billing processes** • Ability to supervise teams and handle operational challenges • Diploma or degree in **Hospitality Management** preferred • Fluency in **English** Early\-career hospitality professionals with strong operational exposure are encouraged to apply. **Location** 📍 **Shangrilla Lake, Skardu – Gilgit Baltistan** (On\-site role) * Candidates comfortable working in a **destination hospitality environment with seasonal tourism operations** are encouraged to apply.
