Anticipating a proposed casino pending government approval, The Deltin aspires to further elevate its status as a premier luxury destination. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Duty Manager at The Deltin, Daman. The Duty Manager will ensure smooth daily operations of the hotel, supervise and coordinate with staff across departments to maintain high\-quality service standards, and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, overseeing property maintenance, monitoring compliance with operational policies, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Duty Manager plays a key role in crisis management and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. **Qualifications** * Operational Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and departmental coordination * Customer service expertise focused on guest satisfaction and experience resolution * Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and interact effectively with guests and staff * Problem\-solving abilities and crisis management experience * Keen attention to detail to maintain operational excellence and compliance with hospitality standards * Availability to work on\-site in Daman * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) * Prior experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting
