**About the Role:**
We are seeking
**Structural Draughtsman โ Bridges**
with hands\-on experience in
**infrastructure projects involving bridges**
. The role supports site execution and technical teams by preparing
**accurate structural drawings**
in line with approved designs, construction methodologies, and project standards.
This role requires strong understanding of
**structural detailing**
, reinforcement layouts, and coordination with engineers to support safe and efficient construction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Structural Drafting \& Detailing**
* Prepare and update
**structural shop drawings, construction drawings, and as\-built drawings**
for:
* Bridge substructures and superstructures
* Piers, abutments, decks, retaining walls
* Reinforcement detailing and bar bending layouts
* Revise drawings based on
**engineer instructions, RFIs, and site conditions**
* Ensure drawings comply with
**approved IFC drawings, specifications, and structural standards**
**Coordination \& Site Support**
* Coordinate closely with
**Structural / Technical Engineers**
to incorporate design changes
* Support site teams with timely issue of
**approved drawings**
* Assist in resolving
**drawing clashes and detailing discrepancies**
**Documentation \& Compliance**
* Maintain
**drawing registers, revisions, and approval records**
* Follow
**project CAD standards and document control procedures**
* Support preparation of
**as\-built drawings and handover documentation**
**Required Skills \& Experience:**
* Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in
**Civil / Structural Drafting**
* **2โ5 years of experience**
as a Structural Draughtsman
* Proven experience in
**bridge infrastructure projects**
* Experience working with
**main contractors**
is preferred
* UAE or GCC project experience is an advantage
* Strong proficiency in
**AutoCAD (2D mandatory)**
