**COMPSENATION:**
130K \- 160K/yr (Depending on Experience)
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop and execute sales objectives for Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Lidl.
* Manage promotional spending within approved annual budgets.
* Develop accurate sales forecasts.
* Analyze sales data to inform and implement tactical and strategic decisions.
* Provide leadership for day\-to\-day operations for Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Lidl area sales team while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
* Refine item assortment to align with Dollar Channel industry standards to include item and case pack strategies.
* Lead MAPS initiatives, including annual planning, core void closures, new item launches, budget reconciliation, MEI compliance, and customer specific growth objectives.
* Develop and maintain business relationships across the Dollar Channel, including customers and internal cross\-functional partners.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
* Experience managing existing relationships and developing new partnerships with Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Lidl.
* Ten (10\) years of experience in food sales within the Dollar Channel/grocery industry; frozen food sales experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated success achieving sales, profitability, and trade spending objectives.
* Strong analytical, critical\-thinking, problem\-solving, and sales forecasting skills.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proven ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external cross functional teams.
