DOH licensed Registered Nurse for Homecare

Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DOH licensed Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team. In this role, you will provide personalized nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well\-being. You will play a vital role in supporting patients with chronic illnesses, post\-surgical care, and other medical needs in a home environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs * Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers * Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and health maintenance * Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation * Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols in the homecare setting * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team * Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families **Requirements** * Valid DOH (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse is a must * Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent * Experience in homecare nursing or community health nursing preferred * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Compassionate with a patient\-centered approach to care * Proficient in documentation and healthcare software * Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification **Benefits** \*Benefits:\* * Free accommodation \& transportation * Visa \& insurance provided * Paid annual leave * Duty:\* 5 days/week, 12\-hour day shifts, 2 days off * Location:\* Al Ain (Abu Dhabi)
