**Role Overview:**
The Director of Sales will oversee BoomerangFX’s expansion strategy across North America, driving sales growth and ensuring best\-in\-class execution in a rapidly scaling environment. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands\-on leadership, and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Lead and execute national sales strategy**
to drive SaaS adoption across the medspa and aesthetic market, achieving ambitious revenue growth and market\-share goals.
* **Develop, mentor, and scale a high\-performing sales organization,**
fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
* **Collaborate cross\-functionally**
with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go\-to\-market initiatives and maximize client acquisition and retention.
* **Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, partnerships, and enterprise accounts**
to expand BoomerangFX’s footprint in new and existing markets.
* **Own forecasting, performance metrics, and pipeline visibility,**
providing data\-driven insights and recommendations directly to the CEO and executive team.
**Requirements:**
* **7\-10\+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales leadership,**
ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or related industries.
* **Proven success in building and scaling national or multi\-region sales teams**
in a high\-growth environment.
* **Exceptional leadership and communication skills,**
with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive results through others.
* **Strong strategic and analytical mindset,**
capable of translating business goals into executable sales plans.
* **Deep understanding of the healthcare and aesthetics landscape,**
including emerging trends, technologies, and client needs.
**Nice\-to\-Haves:**
* **Experience in fast\-paced startup environments**
or rapidly scaling companies.
* **Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape**
and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* **Insight into emerging trends**
in healthcare SaaS and marketing.
* **MBA or advanced degree**
in a relevant field.
